Quality is a little lacking, but they work fine. I wouldn't pay more than $25 for these. These have a microphone that picks up outside sounds so you can have the muffs on and still talk and hear people. It cuts off the sound above 85db. Sound reduction is pretty good and the voice amplification is alright. I shot some 40 S&W and sound reduction was as good as my foam earplugs. They are cheap enough to not worry about breaking, but offer good hearing protection. Overall, not bad for $25.
