Ugh!! Without carry for 8 days .. Feeling insecure already!!

Post by Reysc »

Well..well I took a partime consultancy job that will take me to the Philippines ( Nov 6th to 15th.. no guys, I won't be living the club) and needless to say my carry that has stayed very close to me 24/7 since the 9th of April 2006 will have to stay in the safe.. That's the bad news.. The good news is I might be able to increase the gun/range/ ammo fund so I can look forward to getting another 1911 or an AR for X'mas..Gosh, did I just say that ?? This addiction is worst than cancer!!
So Jason, sorry I have to postpone my family fishing trip down the coast as we have originally planned..If I get over the jet lagged quick I might just decide to jump in the truck and head over there on the 18th of Nov... I will bring my laptop so I can login here every once in awhile.. Hey, Dubya, want me to bring back some authentic chicken/pork adobo.. Will trade ya' for some 1911's stash-up in your safe..

Take Care Ya'll!!

Enjoy your trip, Rey!
Call me when you get back; I should have some venison by then.

Oh, and when you get to the airport remember this: if some guy asks you to carry on a "bag of sugar" for him, just say no. ;-)

Rey,
Rock Island Armory 1911s, Armscor and others are made in the Philipines. They only cost about $350 here, they might be really cheap at the factory.
Ø resist

Take away the second first, and the first is gone in a second.

Sounds good Rey...stay safe in your travels! Just give me a little warning when you are ready and we can send some lead down the range when you get here! Take care.
