New for 07, XD 45 Compact

NICE!! I love my XD9, a shorter grip would be perfect as thats the only issue with concealability on mine.

I will be getting one but, I am still looking for a sub-compact. The grip is what counts for sure. It would just conceal better if it had a three inch barrel. Heck, I have a brand new 4 inch XD45 I could have the grip cut down on and buy some mags and save myself the money I guess. Overall, this seems to be a push to satisfy the market without retooling. If it is all they offer I will be extremely disappointed. Good try but it is not quite what I was expecting.

If anyone gets one I would like to read how well it conceals and balances with the short grip and longer barrel. 4in especially.
