The whole series of armed robberies as described presents a chilling scenario.

Hmmmmm....ya think they're illegal aliens?? We'd never know from the pinhead reporting of that rag of a paper over there. Now that the elections are over and our Conservative House is gone, get ready for another wave of AMNESTY. Folks, it's coming very soon and Bush is foolish enough to sign it.

We didn't have a "Conservative" house, and that's why it's gone. If either the House or Senate had truly been conservative, then the balance of power wouldn't have changed.

A handful of conservative Democrats, strategically placed, knocked out a bunch of moderate-to-liberal RINOs. Don't blame the Dems or the voters; blame the Republicans who favored party and incumbency over principle.

I agree with you for the most part, but you misunderstood my point. When I say "Conservative House", on the illegal issue (which the Senate voted down) they were ABSOLUTELY conservative. It made being here illegally a Felony and stripped all "rights" of free healthcare as well as education.

Unfortunately, they (those voted out) will probably read Nov 7th as getting booted for not being liberal enough, rather than not adhering to the principles that they ran on in '94. To your point, they ignored the base and why we put them there. Time will tell for '08. :cheers2:
