Comes stock with Trijicon night sights and I just had trigger job done by Ed Vandenburg. The trigger breaks right around 4lbs and very smooth. It does have some holster wear, due to it being my carry gun for a short while. It's barely noticeable though.
I'd like to get $800 for the gun only and $880 for the gun and holster. The holster is a Occidental leather holster by TTgunleather (about $145 new). The gun comes with everything you would get new.
