to OP, how did you like the XS big dot sights? I'm hesitant to try them because I've heard you either love 'em or hate 'em and if you love 'em you want to put them on all your guns to make them all the same.

I like them more than 3-dot sights for SD/HD. The XS were not made for competition shooting. They're made for quick sighting in a SD situation.
