Interested Year Round Family Hunting / Sporting Lease

I'm looking for a year round lease, moderately priced (doesn't have to be a high dollar hill country deer lease) for the family. Something within 2, maybe 3 hours of Austin preferred. West = more deer, east = lower price, better small game).

Caliber of others on the lease is paramount (no foul language, no alcohol with guns, family oriented). Want to be able to spend time in the great outdoors with the family.

I have family in east Texas with what is described (no openings ). Year round hunting of what's in season, 'ownership' by those on the lease, that is they keep it clean, maintain stands, have work days, build common facilities (BBQ Pit, etc.)

Anybody got any leads or interested in searching for same??? Oh, BTW, I will carry concealed on the property (keeping within the spirit of a CHL forum!!)
