Prohibition of sale of certain firearms magazines. (HB2524)

Prohibits any person from selling, bartering, or transferring a firearms magazine designed to hold 20 or more rounds of ammunition. A violation is a Class 1 misdemeanor.

As others do, I have "20 round mags" that are "normal" capacity ... he should have said 21 or greater instead of 20 or greater if he wanted even a chance of it passing.

Thank God that Jared in Tucson used one of those foot-long magazines making it harder to reload and making it easier to grab, than Cho at Virginia Tech and George Hennard at Lubys when they used short "regular-sized" magazines which no one could grab, and reloaded several times..... think about that a minute.


Those "high capacity magazines" ... probably saved lives.

I am fed up with those bills that are going nowhere.The house is under GOP control and both house and senate have majority of Pro-gun. Nothing should happen in regard to reminent of AWB of 94. Maybe they should look into more sharing of info on unstable and insane people who wants to buy firearms.

on MSNBC, hosts who ask politician about AWB and 10 rd bills confess to the fact that there is no enough support to pass anything. That being said, we should never sleep at easy against those bunch of liberals.
