So, I had to fondle a few. one I liked the feel of was the Beretta PX4 Storm compact. Double stack, 15 rds. 9mm. Anyone have any experience or reviews of this gun? If it's good, I might be persuaded to go 9mm instead of .40.

They have been announcing that for over a year. Is it actually in production?Jasonw560 wrote:Just looked, and they have come out with a .40.
My decision just got harder...

The Beretta PX4 Storm comes in three different versions.
1. PX4 (full size) – full size version uses rotating barrel. Available in 9mm, .40, & .45

2. PX4 Compact – compact version uses rotating barrel. As far as I know only available in 9mm at this time.

3. PX4SC – sub-compact version uses tilt barrel system, not the rotating barrel. Available in 9mm & .40.

Most don't even know there are three models. I went all over looking for a compact and whenever I got to a store saying they had one it was the sub-compact. I had to go to the gallery in Dallas to get mine. They gave me a discount though.
Make sure you check the model at Academy. At the Academy stores in this area they have the PX4SC labeled on their display stickers as the PX4 Compact
