They have traffic control at the in-n-out burger in Allen tonight. Long line outside, too.

That will probably continue. I have seen some locations where the line goes into the street during meal times.

Walnut Blvd in Pasadena, just a little east of Allen?

I'd been in San Diego about a week when one of my coworkers comes around one day going "In-n-out? in-n-out? you want nn-n-out?"
I'm like, "Huh" :headscratch
"D'you wan . . . do you like in-n-out burgers?"
And everyone is looking at me, waiting for my answer. I had no idea what it was. Figured it was a trick on the new guy. (Thinking it means something dirty.)
:headscratch "What's that?"
"Do you like . . . it's a hamburger. DO YOU LIKE HAMBURGERS?"
"Uh, yeah."
I didn't know he was offering to go get lunch for anyone who wanted a burger from In-N-Out. I'd never heard of such a place. "Yeah, sure, cheeseburger."

After a while, I had it down. I could be doing two other things and someone sticks their head in my cubicle and asks "In-N-Out?"
And I immediately respond, "Cheeseberger, grilled onions, no tomatoes!"

Dang, now I'm hungry. :???:

I drove by the one in Frisco today over lunchtime and couldn't believe people will actually wait in that long of a line. I'd like to try it sometime, but it will have to be after the hype dies down.

Walnut and Allen is an intersection in Pasadena CA, not far from Fuller Theological Seminary.

When you go, just remember this: Double Double, animal style. And fries. Gots to have the fries!!

If you can't remember, write it down! It's the way to go. Trust me.
