Holster for Kahr PM9 w/ CT

Does anyone have (or know of a good holster for) a Kahr PM9 w/ crimson trace LG-437?

I'd prefer something other than a pocket holster. Any thoughts/suggestions?

I think either Crossbreed or Comp Tac will make one for that set up if you call them. Just a matter of shaping the kydex a bit differently on a Supertuck or M-TAC.
