:clapping: :iagree:
I am not a lawyer, nor have I played one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, nor should anything I say be taken as legal advice. If it is important that any information be accurate, do not use me as the only source.

I can't think of one thing that Ted Poe has ever said or done that I disagree wih. He was one of the most feared judges in Harris County back in the day.

I gotta admire a politician who can speak plainly without double standard poli-speak. There was no ambiguity about what Mr. Poe was saying. :txflag:

Poe and Paul, Texas at it's best. Government agents do not have the right to engage in criminal actions. People at the Batf and the DoJ are responsible for the death of an American Border Agent and God only knows how many Mexican nationals. they deserve to be exposed, arrested, tried and put in cell.

Ted Poe claims to have taken a chunk out of the rail of a jury box while demonstrating how a perp used a cleaver on a victim when Ted was an ADA at Harris County. At least that is the story he told us when he and John Holmes were teaching a class on courtroom procedure at my academy.

He was pretty plain spoken then also. "rlol" "rlol"
