WTB SNUBBY.

Post by snatchel »

Hey gang, Im looking for a snubby, with crimson trace. LCR, 442, 642..... pretty open to that. Its gotta be smaller J frame though. Price is fairly negotiable. I can travel, or will pay for shipping. I could pick this up at a local gun shop, but if any of yall have anything that I could get for about the same price, I would rather buy and get to meet ya.

I see we convinced you! Good deal. I am sure you're going to be very happy with whichever one you buy. A good snubbie is like a 1911. They are great pistols, and everybody should have at least one in their collection. I have my M&P340, a stainless 640 (both in .357), and my wife has a 642. All three are excellent guns.

I have an LCR 357 for sale, no crimson trace, however.

CJD, I saw your post earlier before I posted mine. I think if I pick it up, and a CT to go with it, Ill end up over my price range by bout $50 bucks. I know, 50 bucks in peanuts-but my personal accountant is a penny pincher :)

With the ammo and holster to boot though--gonna be awefull hard to beat that.

Gun-450
laser-150
Ammo-25
Nemisis-20

Total- 645, not countin gas money. I'll keep that in mind CJD. Let me keep searching and get back to you.

I'll sell my spare set of Crimson Trace (slightly used, with new batteries) for a SP101 if you go for a beefier snubby.

Nice choice. I have a Mod 60 that I bought on this forum a year or so ago. I carry it in an ankle holster when needed. With quite a bit of practice, I'm getting confident with it.
