I would like to kow the name of the company. I make a point of not doing business with companies that have this sort of mindset. Good luck witth the suit - hope I get jury duty and get picked.

They probably settled and cannot talk about it.
I'd still let Texas DPS know about the overweight trucks. They will take anonymous tips.
