Dear Bob (or whatever his name is)

In considering this offer, I need more facts. Therefore, please provide a copy of your company's liability policy containing the limits of liability for my injury or death directly resulting from your company's policy of forcing me to be defenseless.

P.S. What does being an avid hunter have to do with self-defense, which was the purpose of the Second and Third Amendments? Also, I'm not sure I can work with anyone who murders defenseless little cute animals who have rights. Don't you know that animals are people too? Please advise if you were joking about killing animals. You know they all had mothers too right? I prefer to get my meat at the store, where no animals are harmed.

It might be somewhat effective to point out " ... that certain requirements of this agreement violate our safety policies and procedures, and therefore place our employees and those around them in danger."
In other words, emphasize that it is a safety issue as well as a security and political issue.

Craig8d8, I think your response was awesome!!! I do disagree with TAM though and here's why. You are asking them to guarantee you're safety, but by stating it that way you are saying that you are ok with the rule of no legal ccw. I do like that fact that it is cordial and non-confrontational.
