Walther PPK/S for sale

Post by Papabear37 »

Perfect Walther PPK/S for sale. Includes all original paperwork, box, 2 mags and even the shell casing that came with the gun. Only 22 rounds fired through this gun. Also includes a nice Bianchi IWB holster and about 25 rounds of target .380 ammo. No scratches or dings of any kind. Everything is absolutely as new. Asking $450 plus shipping from a local firearms dealer to your dealer. Might trade for a VERY small, light semi-auto, like a Kahr or a Warthog, or possibly a .38 or .357 titanium revolver. If interested, let's talk.

How long have you had it....does it have the extended beavertail?

Papabear37,

If you're not sure about the extended beavertail.........

Interarms - no
S&W - yes

txinvestigator,
I bought the gun new about 3 years ago. I'm a bit new to pistols, so I don't know what "beavertail" is. Let me know and I'll try to answer the question.

I'm sorry, I thought my previous post would be clear.

If your Walther was imported by Interarms, and will have Interarms on the slide, then it does not have the extended beavertail.

If your Walther was manufactured by Smith & Wesson, then it will have the extended beavertail.

The beavertail is the part of the frame at the upper part of the grip. The beavertail fits the web of your hand.

Older Walther's, without the extended beavertail, were infamous for the slide cutting your hand during recoil.

The extended beavertail prevents this.

Mike,
Thanks for the information. My PPK/S does have the extended beavertail.
