Congrats on the plastic. Prepare to try several different locations/styles of holster before you find what fits you right. I'm still exploring different carry options and I've had my CHL for 3 years.

I am still trying to figure out what my DC will be??? Was out of town last weekend and missed the gun show in Lewsiville. Now I have to wait
till the 14th for the next show. May go to SW Gun and see what rentals they have and try some of them. May also go look at TargetMasters in Garland, they had a big selection of rentals last time I was there.

I have time though since they haven't even updated my status to having received paperwork.

Congratulations on the plastic! My status just recently changed to Mailed and I've already got two holsters on hand and another in queue. I've been CC'ing around the house and my Crossbreed is more comfortable than i imagined possible. What holsters are you looking at?

I think we're at four or five holsters. Be prepared to go through most likely a long process to figure out what the best carry holster and carry position is right for you. I like my Kangroo Carry (under the arm) for dressier moments, if it's cooler or if I'm wearing a jacket or outer shirt, I'll carry OWB or IWB at 3:30.

At any rate, you will need more than one holster.

Shopping for accessories while waiting for the plastic is better than checking the website every hour.

Besides, getting your plastic and not having a holster to do your WallyWalk that same day is unthinkable.
