I credit it with tightning up my shooting conciderably. Funny thing is every time I watch it I find somthing else for me to work on.

Don't fall into the trap of thinking that "one" shooting style is best (for defense). Continue to practice "Weaver" as well, because in "real life" you may not be able to assume that perfect Isosceles stance....or even be able to grip your weapon the way you would like.

Use whatever grip and stance works well for YOU....not Todd, (or anyone else).

Not trying to start a Weaver vs. Isosceles thing here, but.. make sure your practice reinforces techniques that will be effective in "real" self defense situations (if that is your goal). Sometimes we get too caught up in the gamesmanship of certain shooting sports.

Shoot straight!

I ran across this video a few days ago and read an article or two on that "thumbs forward" grip (that may be old hat to a lot of you, but it's new to me).

So I tried it out at the range today and could tell a big difference. Everything locked in and I felt much more in control of my gun. I wasn't shooting badly before, but today I shot really well. I just wish I could control recoil on my 9mm as well as Jarrett does on those .45s... his gun hardly moves at all. Gives me another reason to practice more, I guess.
