Emulating Federal American Eagle 9mm 115 gr

That is my favorite round for practice because it is always cheap on-line from Wrigley Ammo, reliable and not smoky. My final recipe is 115 gr FMJ, CCI 500 primer, 4.3 gr of Hogdon Titegroup, and 1.147 inch OAL. This load is ever so slightly less snappy than the Federal. But I was disappointed in how much smokier Titegroup is. Far from the worst, but also far from the best. I saved the first production round for anyone who wants to buy it. My amortized cost is about $500, but I am willing to deal.
