Sig522: I'm Quite Pleased!

Post by Medic218 »

Well, I went out to the range today with some 5.56, .22 and 9mm.
I'm not 100% sure if I've ever taken the 522 out before or not but today made me a believer!
It's just a simple Sig522 topped with a $60.00 BSA 4-12x40. Ammo was Federal 36gr bulk that you can get at Cabela's or Wally World.
Distance was 50 yards.

After a few adjustments I was getting closer to where I wanted to be.

Then I felt dialed in enough and was able to produce this decent little group.

I have a 522 as well, it is one of my most enjoyable guns to shoot, I put a 1 x 32 Bushnell T-dot on it and it works perfectly. Would like to see an honest comparison between the Sig 522 and the M&P.............. plus you cannot beat the 22 cal ammo prices and it shoots anything fed to it..........
