Who has authority to ask you to leave?

any one that directly works for the church and is an employee of the church has the authority to ask you to leave and that includes security guards that are hired by the church. You might want to clear it up afterwards or not go back but if asked to leave you must or take a chance of getting arrested

I don't know that just any employee has the authority to make you leave. I attend a large church with many employees, each with different areas of responsibility and levels of authority. If the one of the lead pastors or the head of our security team gave notice, then yes, definitely. If a janitor, nursery worker, or band/tech team member said something, I think it would need to be confirmed with someone higher up. I would of course err on the side of caution, but hopefully this is just a theoretical discussion, because I don't tell people at church that I am carrying, and as is often said here, "concealed is concealed."
