Nevada SB237 Reciprocity

Don't know if anyone has seen this. Nevada is considering a reciprocity bill which would recognize other states that have rules similar to or stricter than their rules.

If there is a stickler on this one it is going to be about the on line database. Is the CHL database available for out of state Police Authorities?
