It is black however the lower is almost an OD green color. I bought this particular one because it was tinted green, as I thought it looked unique. I photographed it outside to accentuate the green tint.
Rifle has about 200 rounds through it.
Comes with the rifle, one FN factory mag in FDE, FN iron sights, GG&G bipod adapter, Mapgul FDE rail covers on the sides and a Tapco black rail cover on the bottom rail.
