Pistol Brass: Small Flat Rate Box Special

Post by Jumping Frog »

Small Flat Rate Box Special: A USPS small flat rate box loaded full of brass

The following are all priced to include shipping, delivered to your door with delivery confirmation.

Image

All brass is hand sorted to remove the nickel, Berdan primers, scrap/junk cases, etc. and tumbled/polished to a clean glossy finish. Don't buy untumbled, unsorted mixed brass for the same price- my brass is shiny and ready to reload!

I calculated how long it takes me to collect the brass, sort it, pick out the junk, polish it, advertise it, work the deal, handle payment, package, and ship, and believe me, it isn't a money maker. I could take this brass to the smelter for $2 a pound, but I hate to waste all the good brass. I'm a sentimentalist I guess.

I can also work out a price with you if you want the brass re-sized and de-primed before shipping.

Cashiers Check or Money Order preferred.

These are all Small Flat Rate box quantities and prices:

.380 ACP: approx 485-495 pcs = $34.

9 mm: approx 440-450 pcs = $20.

.40 S&W Mixed Headstamp: approx 310-325 pcs = $20
.40 S&W Winchester Headstamp: approx 310-325 pcs = $25
.40 S&W Nickel Cases: approx 310-325 pcs = $25 (nice and shiny, won't tarnish if you are making carry ammo)

.45 ACP Mixed Headstamp Large Primer-only: approx 235-245 pcs = $25
.45 ACP Winchester Headstamp Large Primer-only: approx 235-245 pcs = $30
.45 ACP Mixed Headstamp Small Primer-only: approx 235-245 pcs = $30

With .45 ACP large versus small primer, the one thing everyone can agree upon is that having the sizes mixed is a pain in the rear. Most people want sorted brass that is large primer only. Some people want the small primer .45 ACP so they only need to stock one primer size. I've sorted them so you can have your choice.

If I wanted two small flat rates of different calipers, easiest to ship two boxes? Interested in .223 and 45ACP.

I keep all of them sorted into a gallon ziploc bags that I put in the box. If you wanted two different types, then I'd ship two ziploc bags together in a larger box but you'd still get all the brass you bought.

If, if there are other quantities you want, just PM me and we'll see what we can work out.

To the top!

I've sold about a dozen boxes this week, but still have a lot left.
