For those of you that venture into the wild and find yourselves buying/selling/trading a firearm, please, PLEASE make sure that the person you are dealing with is old enough. Ck ID.
Use good judgement and really read into what the other person is doing.
If someone says they're looking for a "beater" pistol, don't care what it looks like, don't care what caliber as long as it "works", think a few extra moments.
I do believe that the ladies and gentlemen of this forum are sharp enough not to find themselves in this situation but I just thought I'd give everyone a heads up.
Don't forget to read the sticky at the top of this forum as well.

When I am conducting a face to face transaction...I reserve the right to get in my car and drive away if I feel uncomfortable. On that note, so far I have only experienced GREAT results from the purchases and trades I have made.
I also have a very difficult time parting with my money if I can't stand in front of a person and ask them about the history of a weapon and see for myself the condition of it.
I also meet people in a very public place.....usually a Barnes and Noble parking lot or Coffee shop. I would surely never take money and/or firearms to a strangers house to conduct business.
