CORE 15

Post by jdhz28 »

I just ordered a CORE 15 piston AR along with a couple other rifles. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them? The other two were SIG 516 SWAT pistol and carbine...will post pics when they arrive.

Ive handled one at the shop fit (no slop) and finish was excellent, had a nice aggressive feel in the front of the magwell. I have heard they are decent shooters. Do you know what piston system it has? Long Short? Adam Arms or CMMG?

Good looking rifle. Hows the fit overall? Let us know how it shoots.

A friend of mine just bought a Core15 and loves it. Honestly I had always thought they sounded cheap because of the name so I never gave them a second look. Lately I've heard a lot of good things about them though.

I had originally thought the same thing, and passed them by, until I did some reading. I told my buddy over at Leadslinger Armory to put a scope on it and abuse it as well as the SWAT and give me his opinion. I plan on doing the same when I get home.

i owned one and it's been good to go (so far). I've handled it, and shot it. It appears to be well made.
