A fresh pour into my 250gr flat point round nose .452 mold

Kicked off the sprue

Opened the sprue, removed the sprue material, and opened the mold to reveal.... BOOLITS!!!

Dumped out the BOOLITS!

LOTS OF BOOLITS!!!

When I knock the sprue off, I put it straight back into the pot after each cast. Helps me to keep a more consistent temperature if I add just a little lead back each time instead of getting a whole pile of sprues built up and then dumping them all in at once.
