I have waded through every word of this 8 page topic. I really can't say that I am confused but rather disappointed that law enforcement and the court system have such latitude to interpret the law. In the CHL class that I took there was no hand out material. I only wish that we had a handbook that spelled out all of the issues in clear language that would be open to very little interpretation. I guess I'm asking for too much.
