ICE is suing to stop Obama's henchmen from opening the floodgates to illegal immigration.

Cool. With this and the ruling about the obamanation's NLRB "recess" appointments they are having a rough time in the courts lately. :thumbs2:

Yes, that pesky Constitution keeps getting in the way.
