What is wonderful is that these sheriffs are couching it as a human rights and liberty issue, not just as a gun issue.

Sherriff's typically understand their constituents. It's been said many times by people much smarter than me that; if you really want to know what goes on in politics, run for Sherriff of a small Texas county.

I don't think that you'll see the sheriff's of Travis, Tarrant, Harris, and Dallas counties stand up to support us.
