New to TX and applying for CHL

Post by slapshot26 »

First time with a question. Recently moved to TX from the NE and I'm applying for my CHL. I have 3 arrests ( 1994 driving w/suspended license, 1996 disorderly conduct & 2002 driving w/suspended license). The results were just fines and nothing more, but a mug shot was taken. Will I need to prove that these cases are closed when applying? Will I need notarized paperwork?

Thanks in advance.

You need copies of the disposition of any arrest. If you do not have those, you need to contact the agency that processed you.
