Code Red Firearms Stripped Lower

Post by comp73 »

I ordered one of these last night. They are made by Detroit Gunworks and I haven't found anything negative in regards to Code Red in searching on the web. The store itself is located in Florida.

$149.00 with a 3 - 4 week lead time, per the e-mail exchange with the owner this morning.

Cheapest lowers available that I've seen are on gunbroker and those are running minimum $300.

I ordered 2 of these in early January and am anxiously awaiting the delivery to begin my first AR build. Wish me luck, and I'll post my opinion on manufacturing quality when I receive them. Not that I know spit from shine-o-la...

folks have been waiting for some time on those lowers -- some placed orders mid dec, after being told 2 wks to delivery and still waiting with no word --------- on a side note they sponsored a gun buy back program in their city, which i have no issue with but some do, but the main problem is stolen guns were not returned to rightful owners they were destroyed with all the others -- personally i feel that is wrong they should of been returned to the owner -- seems they are catching a lot of slack over that -- also tony the owner is friends with Mayor Tomas Regalado, who is one of Bloombergs gun grabbing henchmen -- they did the gun buy back program together

It took 2 requests by email, but I finally was able to cancel my order and received a full refund the next day.
