Bass Pro in Grapevine

Post by cyphur »

So, I had a day off of work today so I decided to show up at Bass Pro around 8:45am this morning, just to see what they had. To my surprise, there were 20 people already standing in line. I guess that should not have taken me off guard the way it did, obviously I was bound to not be the only one with this idea. Apparently it's a regular thing.

I wasn't much there for ammo, although I did get two boxes of 50ct 230gr Winchester JHP since it was fairly cheap and I wanted a bit more JHP stocked up. I made it out of there with 4lbs of powder and 2k Winchester SR primers. I hit the cap on primers, and even at $5/100 it wasn't a great deal, but I have them at least.

Try this a few more times, put some stuff on backorder, I may actually load a case before June. Just to find a Hornady LnL AP in stock that isn't $450 like Cabelas.
