Looks like one of those days...

Remember this is on the Missouri side of the line...Not Kansas...

Missouri allows restrictions for private businesses with this provision in the law...

Law On No Gun Signs
571.107. 1.

(15) Any private property whose owner has posted the premises as being off-limits to concealed firearms by means of one or more signs displayed in a conspicuous place of a minimum size of eleven inches by fourteen inches with the writing thereon in letters of not less than one inch.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have not been able to determine whether or not this Mall complex posts any restrictive signage...Their website is fluff related with no mall policies posted there...

TBD...

I was watching it on CNN while Fox was on a commercial (the ony way I'll watch CNN). And they said the victim was also shot by police. Now are the liberals calling the shooter victims now? Or was it possibly a misread by the reporter? Make's me wonder.

News people are a bit challenged from time to time...

I heard the shooter used an AK...

I bet by tomorrow we'll have the shooter's name, background, religious preference, what prescription medication they were on, etc etc...

The man was shot to death inside the mall, but police were still trying to determine exactly who shot him, Sanders said. His body remained inside the mall early Sunday evening.
Please let it be a CHL holder who saved more from dying.

Edited to note that the victim was shot by police officers.

from report on Foxnews

"Target employee Caffie Bradshaw, 19, said she was in a break room with two other people when they heard shots. She said co-workers saw a white man with a rifle who was "spraying bullets.""

Does it make a difference what color the guy was?

How can a gun "spray" bullets - was the shooter using some futuristic weapon that fires liquid bullets? perhaps it was a Supersoaker......

What ever happened to reporting just the facts instead of dramatizing and sensationalizing everything?

If you notice she wasnt even the one that saw anything. It's what she heard from coworkers. Its the whole fish story with a new stink.

It had to be a white guy. I never saw anything about it being a drive by shooting. :banghead:

An aspiring newspaper/tv reporter, no doubt ;-)

lol, someone at Fox news must read this forum as the verbiage in the story has changed  ;-)

"Target employee Cassie Bradshaw, 19, of Kansas City was in a break room with two other people when they first heard shots. Then, her co-workers saw a man in his 50s with a rifle "shooting everywhere,"

so much for the supersoaker theory

They are the Media. They own the information and can distribute it as they see fit. We as the "Common People" have to learn how to process what they report and know when to call bull on it.
