Provisions in the DRIVE Act would ban multiple makers of vehicles including Lamborghini, Porsche, and Ferrari, as well as many more common models such as the Chevy Corvette and Camaro, Ford Mustang, Dodge Challenger and Charger.

"Classic" versions of these cars (those over 20 years old) would have to be reregistered with the state and have their ignition system removed. Cuomo remarked on the proposal, "these are the vehicles the police use. Citizens don't need these vehicles. These vehicles serve no purpose for defensive driving."

<snip>
— Passenger limits of four persons per vehicle. Current vehicle capacity is exempted under the regulations as long as no more than four persons are loaded into the vehicle.

I though the funniest part was the comments. Most dolts thought it was real. Guess I can't blame them though, after what's been done to them alredy.

This would be really funny; IF it didn't demonstrate the liberal mindset so well... Be afraid. Be VERY afraid...

This scenario isn't really that far outside the realm of possibility. After all, Nanny Bloomberg is telling NYC folks what they can eat and how much soda they are allowed to buy. How many people would have called you crazy, just a few years ago, if you told them this would happen??

Agreed. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Bloomberg tried to ban sports cars and larger recreational vehicles.

It wouldn't surprise me. Where did people come up with the concept of saving others from themselves? I'm convinced that liberalism is a mental disorder.

That would be great. Get it labeled as a mental deficiency. We already know Feinstein is not all there.
