Bad shooting????

I have a few "will ticket" TC violations: Improper or no child restraint, blatant running of red lights, reckless driving such as too fast for conditions as KBC puts it, road raging, weaving in and out of traffic causing others to take evasive action, school zone violations. Other than that I pretty much use TC violations for PC to "meet & greet someone".

Our department has a Traffic Enforcement section that will write you all kinds of TC violations but for most of us in Patrol we are so busy going from call to call that we don't have time for anything but the most egregious situations. And even then there have been times we've tried make a traffic stop and been denied it due to too many calls for service holding. Also, let me assure you that raising revenue for our municipality never enters into the equation.
