Included are original docs, original plastic carry case, a 30rnd mag (not original Bushmaster), a red dot (newly installed, unused).

This rifle is available in Austin.

The rifle was purchased new by me about 1.5 years ago. Approx. 600 rounds have been shot thru it. The red dot on the rifle in the picture is not the one you'll get; the one you'll get is the Simmons 42mm one pictured separately.
