Mag Pouches

Post by DSARGE »

Just got a kydex double mag pouch. It is labeled for a 1911 .45 single stack mags. The problem is the mags rattle a bit and fit really loose. They basically just sit in there with no resistance. Is this normal? I thought about putting a small piece of cardboard between the mags and the side of the holder. Anyone have similar experiance?

The loose rattle around is not normal. If there is no tension adjustment screw then the spacer will work fine. I did that on a leather one several yrs ago & wore it for a long time. It worked good.

The NRA & TSRA are a bargain; they're much cheaper than the cold, dead hands experience.

Longtooth, Thanks a Million for the advice, I unscrewed the screws, removed the spacer, and it is ready to go. Thanks again
