I refuse to purchase anything from CTD. I see they're still charging their unreasonably high prices?

I agree about CTD. But, if we're going to go that route, just about every online retailer is doing the same thing.longhorn_92 wrote:I refuse to purchase anything from CTD. I see they're still charging their unreasonably high prices?

7mm Rem Mag is still plentiful at every store I go to. $42/20, but thats normal price, so it seem unaffected by ammo shortage craze.

I see .270, .44 mag and surprisingly .45 Colt just about everywhere I go.

Re: what calibers are actually available?
Academy Has has .223 and 5.56 ammo in stock each monday with supplies usually selling out on friday.
.308/7.62 is also available as is .45 ACP. However .22lr and 9mm seem to sell out very fast.
They also have plenty of Windham AR-15's and DPMS LR-308's in stock (they don't display them since newtown).
during the worst parts of the panic buying the one caliber i did see everywhere was Ruger 204

I always see a LOT of 300 Win Mag every time I go to Academy. Plenty of 45LC and 357SIG as well. Sometimes 357 Magnum. Haven't seen 9mm, 22LR, or 30-30 in a long time.

Re: what calibers are actually available?
If you live in Houston, all of the central and south east/west academy's i've been to have had 308, 7.62X39, 7.62C54R...now how over priced they may be, i'm not sure. And of course there are plenty of shotgun rounds.
Re: what calibers are actually available?
7.62x39 are available and run about 34 cents a round. Much more now than they used to be. But very available. Are you ready to buy an AK-47 or variant? I don't want to talk poorly about any company but the last time I tried to buy from CTD they had an excellent price on a gun case in their mailout flyer and of course they were out of stock. Everything I see from them seems to be overpriced.
