Cost of CHL intructor certification

What's the cost to become a certified CHL instructor ?
I've read some of the requirements but didnt see any cost. Thanks!

At least 100 rounds of ammo
Gas/airfare to and from Austin.
NRA Basic Instructor Training Course $100+
NRA Basic Pistol Instructor Course $200+

Lots of goodwill from your spouse!!!!
