Huge fan of the original trilogy. Not so much the prequels. Can't wait for 7.

I had the Ewok village when I was younger. They were my favorite characters in the trilogy. Im hoping 7 won't suck.

Cool, does it talk or move? That's like Barney on how I met your mother with the storm trooper.

I think Episode II was the only one I actually enjoyed. The rest... man, some terrible acting in the original trilogy and terrible writing in the prequels. I'm hoping Disney can do better

Before I even checked I knew you had to be under 30.
It's hard for your generation to appreciate the original trilogy. I don't think it's the acting that gets you so much as it is the special effects.
You have to remember that this stuff was cutting edge at the time. Actors weren't accustomed to filming this way and much of it was trial and error. All I can tell you was in my day we were totally mesmerized.
Stay safe and thank you for your service. :patriot:

Well, I grew up on movies from the 20's through the 50's, so effects don't bother me... in fact I love older movies for that, because I used to make my own little action movies growing up and I used many of the same techniques (before consumer CGI was available). It really is the acting, it makes me want to tear my hair out "rlol"

But yeah, I'm 29 ;-)

ETA: Forgot to update my location, I'm home on leave from contracting.
