FS/FT 1911 compact 45 ACP *** SOLD ***

For sale or trade is my officer's model 1911 from Citadel. This has been my carry weapon for about 1 year and in that time i've put approximately 1,200 rounds through it - cleaned and lubed after every range session WITHOUT FAIL. i take very, very good care of my weapons.

Fantastic shooter, night sights are bright and it eats whatever ammo i feed it without issue. When i first bought it (brand new), i sent it off to Citadel for some custom work... they polished the internals, polished the feed ramp and rethroated the barrel. I have hand polished the slide and get compliments regularly on the job - i think it looks fantastic.

Comes with original case, 2 factory mags, paperwork and whantot. I have a nice pair of rubber grips on it now but will include the factory wood grips as well... and the factory sights. I bought replacement springs for it when i bought it - mainspring and recoil spring - but haven't felt the need to swap them out... those will also be included.

ONLY trade consideration at this time is a Springfield XDs

Sorry schufflerbot , after considering it, we decided against it, as we would prefer a full sized for our first 1911.

Good luck selling it, your pricing for a buy, and your offer to trade, both seem fair options, so I think you will sell it quick.
