Now you've gone and made me hungry again.
This means culinary war. Meet the 'Frittata of Revenge':

Two eggs. Separate yokes and whites. Froth whites into Meringue state. Beat yokes, fold into frothed whites.
Add a few ounces of cubed grilled steak, chopped black olives (optional), sun dried tomatoes (again optional) into hot cast iron skillet lightly covered in olive oil. Fold in a tablespoon full of Feta into the egg mix. Toss egg mix into skillet. Stir once to combine and spread egg over meat mixture. Heat until edges of egg look firm - (this only takes a few seconds). Remove skillet from cooktop, top egg mix with a few sprinkles of favorite cheese (again optional). Put skillet with mixture under broiler until eggs puff up. (Watch carefully if you don't want a fire). You can also put the mixture into a oven preheated to 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

breakfast for supper just means you are getting a jump on the next day!
