Shooter's Station in Conroe,TX ROCKS!!!

Post by moodyamber »

Saturday I went to Shooter's Station in Conroe and bought my new 1911 then looked at several holsters. The holster I wanted,a Bianchi 3S, was priced at $69 but the shop owner said he'd give it to me for $39 since I just bought a weapon from him.I didnt have the cash on me so I told him I'd be back for it.

So we go down yesterday to buy the holster for my new beauty but they were closed for Mother's Day.So We made a second trip today to get the holster. One of the owners of Shooter's Station said that since we made 2 trips trying to be a patron of his shop rather than go elsewhere and b/c I'm a regular customer there, he GAVE me the Bianchi holster for free...yes I said FREE.

Now that is what I call a good deal at a good shop. I need to go down there some day I have off.
Good for you.

That anwers that - I've been looking for a place close to the woodlands to shoot. My schedule is still psycho busy so I haven't made it in to PSC yet, though I still plan on joining.

Thanks for the reco.

Sounds like a place that deserves your business!

Danny and Ben are good people. Unfortunately I don't get there as often as I used to.

I made it to this range the first time about a month ago. The only item I bought there was a Tucker mag carrier (Tucker's products are all good, and I was looking for a mag carrier for a new gun), but I was very impressed with their range. The range itself is as good as Top Gun's - very clean, good ventilation, motorized target carriers, etc. Service seemed very good, and they had a decent selection of items inside the "shop" portion of the store.

Highly recommended!

I was at Shooters Station for the first time a few weeks ago and before you can go shoot the give you the rules and regulations to read and make up an ID card for you with picture.
they have a very nice place there to go and have a good time shooting.
