What a jerk! I wonder how many of his customers knew they were breaking the law.

If the guy had cut corners once or twice, nobody would have been the wiser . . . but from reading the story, he seems to have made his illegal shortcuts SOP, for at least the last 6 months.

And it looks like he was pretty blatant about it.

Get in the habit of breaking the law, and develop a mindset that since you haven't been caught, you can't get caught . . . and you will be caught.

As this idiot was.
Original CHL: 2000: 56 day turnaround
1st renewal, 2004: 34 days
2nd renewal, 2008: 81 days
3rd renewal, 2013: 12 days
