Florida Shop Offers Free Gun To George Zimmerman

Mr. Zimmerman is a law abiding citizen of the U.S. and as such may own a firearm. The State of Florida may not return or reissue Mr. Zimmerman's license to carry a concealed weapon, they cannot bar him from owning one without due process of law, he is not a criminal. Mr. Holder's DoSJ* may be able to legally retain evidence, the weapon used in the shooting, but cannot restrict Mr. Zimmerman's RKBA without due process, he is not a criminal. Anyone who is legally able to purchase a gun may do so and give it to Mr. Zimmerman as a gift, again, he is not a criminal convicted of a felony and barred from ownership. Mr. Zimmerman, should he choose to, can avail himself of a non-resident license to carry a concealed weapon from any state that offers such and he meets their qualifications. I'm sure that Mr. Zimmerman and his legal team are aware of all of the above.
