That is very instructional. Thanks Andy! :thumbs2:

No wonder station 8 almost feels like trick shooting.

That would explain why I didn't hit any of them at that station when we were together. However, the last time I was there with my daughter, I hit about 50% of them at station #8. Have you been out in a while Pawpaw? Wanna try and get out there next Saturday?

The last time I shot skeet was with you.

Next Saturday sounds great! Can you convince our cute little scorekeeper to come with you? I'll bring my iPad for her to keep score with.

1, 7 and 8 stations are easiest shots on the field for me. 2 and 6 high for doubles eats my lunch almost every time.

I'll see what I can do. She doesn't like the heat, but might for the iPad. She's with Grandma this afternoon after mopping the back patio. I was going to get her some sushi for dinner, so that might butter her up a bit. I'll ask her after dinner.

You would fit right in with this crew. You should join us too!

Is anyone else interested in coming out his Saturday?

Great! Maybe I can convince my granddaughter to come with me. She really enjoyed shooting my pistols.

1 and 7 are my best too, with 2 and 6 not too far behind. 3, 4, and 5 I'm probably under .500, and station 8 is my worst. I probably hit 25% or less on 8. My average scores for a round are in the low-mid teens. I think that once I shot an 18, but it was kismet, or the Spirit of the Lord was upon me, or something. No way I'm even close to that on any average day of skeet. I still have just as much fun whether I shoot poorly or......less poorly.

Me? Or the Old Fart? Cause the only person I'm gonna shame out there is me. Especially if I line up and almost call "Pull" w/o reloading.
