Did some law take effect or is it just a coincidence that my new plates have the letters CHL? :confused5

They only match the tiara.

I don't think I would like that plate. Someone might think I got it on purpose.
I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

I believe they are going in alphabetical order, a friend got one of the first new plates and it started with an A, then another friend got one and it was B, then two guys I work with got new pick ups at about the same time and they both got CCL.
