Alternatively, you could make some of the same sartorial concessions that the rest of us eventually made to make this work. "I only wear...." is a statement that sets you up for failure because concealed carry requires some flexibility. That PT140 is a pretty big gun for ankle carry. I have an ankle holster, and a 13 oz scandium .357 snubbie which weighs next to nothing. I don't carry it that way anymore because, as light as it is, it's like having a pendulum weight at the end of my leg, and it affects my walk.

I had a simple very soft glove type leather holsters made for my Glock 27and had it sewn into the BACK of all four of my western boots up high where the V is. This position secures the gun very well and a person can even can even run as the calf holds the gun in position and it can also be reached with either hand. No, it's not for quick draw but I do feel safe having something with me. The soft leather does present some problems on reholstering but a person could use a stiffer leather. Simple effective and cheap.

I got a cheap ankle holster from ebay for my pt709. Between the retention on the holster and my boot uppers, it moves very little.
