Savage M12 FLV Varmit/Target/Hunting rifle in .223 caliber. LEFT HAND BOLT, 26" heavy barrel, very accurate, excellent condition, low round count. Includes Leupold scope rings and mount.

Welcome to come shoot before you buy.

Includes a Mueller 8.5-25x50 Eradicator scope with illuminated dot and thin crosshairs.

Also including a hardshell case and two boxes (200) Hornady 68gr BTHP's for reloading.

If you decide to sell the projectiles separately, I would take them.
Guns are like parachutes, if your ever in a situation that you need one and you dont have one, you'll probably never need one again.

What is the twist rate on that barrel?

This is a VERY nice rifle and a great price especially including the scope and rings. If I hadn't just bought a LH .30-06 from Savage I'd be plunking down the $$$ for it. Good luck with your sale.

According to the Savage website it's a 1:9 twist.

I looked up the website and saw the 1:9 as well. Still figured I'd ask, just in case they've changed it at some point (i.e., from a 1:12, for example) but kept the same model name/number.

Yep, 1/9 and it prefers the 68 grain range of bullets.

I've shot everything from 50gr SP to the 77gr moly BTHP's.

Complete rig, ready to shoot still for sale in Beaumont.
